Frustrating service. Early closing tonight before 730 (noted on door as "730-ish", listed as 8 pm on Google. Trying to use this local spot to buy books, but they sure do not make it easy for the working person. Ordered the book from these guys but can't pick it up. Ugh.
Old-fashioned, high level of service. Excellent array of books in all categories. Recommendations by staff, frequent buyer bonus card. A good experience, though there could be a larger footprint to accommodate people coming from the nearby Jacob Burns Film Center. It is good to hold a physical book in your hands.
