Requested a cab and was told one would be there in 15 minutes but none showed up. I was told with each follow up phone call that a cab would be there in several minutes. None ever showed. Missed my train and the next train too
Man on the other end of the phone suggested me to travel an extra station to get to Hawthorne so I could use his service to get to a destination
Can't understand the negative reviews. Been using these guys for years without complaint. Always on time, always clean cars, always pleasant drivers. Most recently they saved me by arranging a late notice early morning pick up. Yelp reviews are universally good.
