I dropped off 3 Pairs of Louboutins on 7/19 to get a rubber soles put on them for better grip and wear on the shoes. I went to this place after a friend of mine had used them for her Louboutins and they came out great. I went to pick up my shoes on 7/22, my one pair of Louboutin wedges came out GREAT, however to my surprise my other 2 pairs of pumps came out HORRIBLE! He had filed the red rubber sole down and while doing so ended up filing into the red of the shoe its self, then proceed to paint it red to cover it up. If you looked at the 3 shoes you would think that the pumps and the wedges were done at completely different places because there is no way the same place can do great work on one shoe and on the other 2 shoes do a horrific job that now my 2 pairs of Louboutin pumps are ruined. When i told him that it was terrible he told me that it was just a scratch and that he will fix it, after what he did to them in the first place why would i want him to touch them again? To ruin them more?! I spent alot of money on these shoes and just wanted them to wear better, I am so beyond upset and he didn't even offer me a refund for what he did to them. He just kept making excuses. I really hope i can find someone to fix the mess he did to them. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I am thinking of filing a case at this point.

Stopped in yesterday to have an expensive backpack repaired as one of the seams came apart. They fixed my bag in less than an hour and the cost was less than half of what I thought they would charge. The service was great. I would certainly use this store again.
